The MBA Student Association (MBASA) strives to ensure that the MBA Program at the ESADE Business School provides its students with a high-quality educational experience aimed at producing future business leaders who are well-trained, maintain a global perspective and enjoy balanced lifestyles; career opportunities which fit the needs of students; and non­academic activities essential to becoming successful business leaders. We aim to: • Enhance business education through student participation in activities that are not fully addressed in the classroom but are crucial to effective management. • Provide opportunities that enhance the quality of student life through social interaction among students • Work closely with both faculty and administration to seek continual improvements in our program, and to assure that we remain on the cutting edge of education in emerging fields of business and management topics. • Empower the students to have input in decisions essential to the future strategic direction of the school through the establishment and maintenance of appropriate student advisory boards • Work toward the betterment of the greater Barcelona area and the betterment of the ESADE Business School through community and social service • Provide, to the best of our abilities, for all needs of the students not met by the school itself

MBASA touches every aspect of everyday student life. It focuses on improving the day to day experience of the student body, through various business and social events. A sampling of these include multiple case competitions, sports events, Gastrofest, collaborating with schools across the world through conferences and career events, and helping our new and exchange students assimilate; amongst many others! MBASA is the voice of the student body both within and outside ESADE, and is the platform for change led by the students.
